Recent painting, (2023) with acrylic paint. Blue Heron In Marsh with cattails, frogs, shells, dragon flies and a turtle. The abstract sunsetting sky leads to a horizon line with sail boats and birds, with what reminds me of a Van Gogh marsh leading to the sea.
I paint as I go, always being surprised with each painted section, love the spontaneity as I progress toward a finish.
