Heron Silhouette, hand cut from silhouette paper, juxtaposed with shells, fossilized sharks teeth from the Miocene epoch and real seaweed.
The background was inspired from my collection of antique prints and engravings.
The frame is made from poplar wood, painted with a early vinegar graining technique in a deep red color. made frame by Heartwood. Deep matted to accommodate fossils & shells.
